SELVATICA

SELVÁTICA is a contemporary residence conceived to integrate nature into the experience of living in Costa del Este. Its 36-level architecture combines organic lines, expansive glass surfaces, and balconies that allow each resident to incorporate their own natural expression into the space.

The project will feature 285 apartments, distributed across three models of 62 m², 80 m², and 110 m², designed for different lifestyles. From one-bedroom units convertible to two, to two-bedroom apartments convertible to three, each residence has been conceived around functional spaces, spaciousness, and connection to the outdoors.

The experience continues beyond the apartment. SELVÁTICA will feature two complete levels of amenities, located on floors 6 and 36, creating spaces for well-being, entertainment, work, and social life. Pool, gym, yoga, Pilates, spa, coworking, pickleball, zen garden, kids park, splash pad, and multiple spaces for sharing are part of a proposition in which living well is a natural part of every day.

Added to this are a double-height lobby, four elevators plus one service elevator, and four commercial units, integrating comfort and services into the residential experience.
